Anyone seen the Electrical Water Pagent?

We also could see the EWP from our room at WL in Sept. It was so great to be on our balcony watching it and we could also see the higher fireworks from Wishes. It was great.

Yes you can, if you head out of the park around the time that it will be showing.

We viewed this light parade across the water, right before the Wishes fireworks. We stayed at the Poly and we were on the beach , our first night, getting ready to watch the fireworks from our hotel and the parade came around! It was such a cool surprise!

Well, you can SEE it, but it does NOT feature the MUSIC when it "performs" near MK.
They don't play any audio for MK (I assume) because it could cause too many people to run to see "the show" and that could cause problems with loading boats and buses in that area near the lake.

But, its a simple matter (and no charge to anyone) to jump on the Resort Monorail and ride to the Contemporary, Poly or Grand Floridian and watch the EWP (with the soundtrack) from those resorts. Or take a boat to WL or FtW and see the pageant from there as well.

I thought for certain busy times of year it does actually do the full show at the MK, after the contemporary.

I could take it or leave it actually. We were in Wilderness Lodge concierge having some bedtime snacks when it came by. They play the music in there so you can hear it. It's okay, but I wouldn't make it a point to see it.

Go for it! The Electrical Water Pageant performs three times per night, once in front of each of the Monorail Resorts: Contemporary, Polynesian, and Grand Floridian. You can usually catch it after Wishes. The funnest place to catch it is out on the Polynesian Beach. If you get a chance...walk over to the beach and there is hill to your right with lots of palm trees on it..prime viewing spot for Wishes and Electrical Water Pageant. My suggestion: Get dinner ressies at Ohana's for around dusk...watch Wishes from Ohana's (they play the music in the restaurant) and then head to the beach for the Pageant. Hope this helps!!

Certainly possible, but its usually listed as "silent" near the MK.

And to say "full show" is a bit misleading anyway.

At its "FULLEST" the show is kind of quaint, "low-tech" and its only about 6-8 minutes long.

While we always like to see this little show,
I try to DOWNPLAY it when we discuss it on-line.
It suffers if you have "too high an expectation".

After all, this show was designed in the early 1970's long before small computers where available (and has not been visibly "updated" since).

Its the equivalent of mounting a few (large-size) blinking Christmas-type lawn decorations on barges and playing "synth" music as they flash back-and-forth (because that's basically what it IS).
