Every time I click on Max I get kicked of the internet. Anyone else having this problem?

Zandy595...Yes, I have AOL too. I did not get kicked off the internet last week when I clicked on Max but I did this week. Are you using the new AOL 9.0? I found that I have more problems if I connect with this version than if I connect with the old 8.0. As for the points, when I got back on and clicked on Max again, I got the box that said "Sorry, either you have already received the points for this offer or Max is not currently available". I'm hoping I got the points.
