People have said the sitting one is really cool, and I've looked and I haven't found one like it anymore. It's about 15-16 yrs old I think. I know we have a Minnie and a Goofy like this. I'll try to find them for a picture too.
But I just wondered if anyone knew if they even made them anymore.

It looks like the XXL (36"??) plush that are still available. We have one of Minnie and Mickey, but I have not compared your picture to them. The details seem a little off, so the one pictured might be an older version. Ours have thinner arms and different hands. Ours are from the early ninties, so I would think yours would be early 90's at the latest, maybe mid eighties? The one point that makes them look similar are the ears. They seem to have a large peice of cardboard in them, so they tend to always flip over just like the one in your picture. I have occasionally found them on Ebay, but the Disney store carries the "current" versions.

We have a Mickey that is very similar to the one pictured. Ours is from 1995.

The book that is pictured in the photo is a commemorative from WDW's 20th Anniversary - 1991.

Hope that helps!
