We are doing the land/sea package and will be on the April 6th Wonder sailing. The ship seems to be filling up. Anyone else going?!

Great! We are not the only ones. Our DS is 3, but will be 4 in May.:earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy:

Counting the days for our second Disney cruise. We're more excited than the first time because we know what a great time is heading our way!

:smooth: Great to hear you have a DS close to one of mine! I am surprised you got only 2 replies.... There has to be more going....

I am surprised too! Especially when there doesn't seem to be many cabins remaining. I was pleased to see that there will be another boy my DS's age. Maybe they will meet up in the Oceaneer's Club.

I can't believe that we will be leaving home in just 17 days. This is our first trip ever to Disney and first time on a Disney cruise!

17 days??? That's all that's left?! It will be here before we know it and I have lots to do. Renting out house while we are gone (to Masters Tournament guests)..so lots to do around house, plus pack for cruise. If it is your first cruise, pack 1/2 as many clothes as you think you'll need and twice as much money!

Hope we all have sunny skies!

17 days..... Have you been to http://www.dcltribute.com/ and read the Navigators? There are some that tell what kind of activities the kids are going to have. Too much fun.....

Zbuddy your'e right about taking 1/2 as much. Every year I have cut back, but not enough... Good luck on getting your house in order.....:sunny:

There HAVE to be more folks going...my niece, a travel agent, told me the boat will be full! Went today to get a bathing suit for DS...it's getting real!
Just praying for sun...we are washing away in GA. Look for my DH in his green "Hootie" hat...in support of the Augusta National's battle with Martha Burk!

Yea were going on the "wonder". Its our 1st cruise and were really excited. Me and My sister (were both 15) are going with our parents. Are there anyother teens that are going? We wanna know people that are going before we get there. :smooth:

:sunny:    Just got my documents.... It's the real thing now. My DH is getting cold feet because of the war. Any of you have any thoughts of not going due to the war?

I'm on it. If we start changing the way we live life, the terrorists have won!
I am sure security will be tight...but I feel safe. On our last cruise they had police boats in the port that even pulled over a pleasure boater that got too close. At the port in Nassau, there was a Navy vessel next to our boat with an armed guard walking day and night, plus the security at the ports (as far as nonpassengers getting any near the ships) is pretty strict.

Getting off my soapbox and looking forward to seeing all you guys in a few weeks!

And I can't believe how soon until our trip is here! I have to stop doing so much "researching" on the boards and start getting ready!!

I feel a little bit anxious but we are moving on as planned. I am glad to see there are others going. I still am surprised that there aren't more.

zbuddy - I will look for the Hootie hat

kids2disney - maybe our DSs will meet up at the 'club'

I am trying to think if there is any special gear that we would be wearing to identify us -- we are from Pittsburgh, so maybe hat or t-shirt with Steelers or Pitt Panthers. Also, DS is a huge Thomas the Tank Engine fan (I have been warning him that Thomas is not owned by Disney so not to expect to see him or Sir Topham Hat). Anyway, if you see a little guy toting his Thomas bag (and no, his lunch isn't in there, he carries part of his train entourage) that's probably my DH.

Can't wait!!!!:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

We will look for the Thomas Tank, and the Hootie hat. I too had tired to think of some special identifying gear to wear. We are from Ohio, so the DH will probably wear a Buckeye hat. I always carry a red backpack. This week, my DS (4) has been sick since Monday, and then DH got sick on Thursday. They are both a lot better today. So hopefully my DH(7) and I don't get sick. After this week, I need this trip..... Can't wait. :smooth: :bounce: :smooth: :Pinkbounc

Looks like there are a few of us, but most of the people on this booking appear to be non-DISers.

Anyone else going to be on the April 6th sailing?:smooth:

We're on this cruise too. We started packing this weekend. We have 17 and 15 year old girls. Glad there will be other teens on this cruise.:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc:Pinkbounc

I know the boat will be full...but you are right, they are not DISers! Too bad, they are missing out on a lot of good info.

So we have some Buckeye's, some Pittsburgh/Thomas the Tank Engine folks, some teens from MI, and us GA'ns with the green Hootie hats on board. That's enough for a party right there. Any more?

Seems it'll be in the mid 80's on Monday in Nassau...all right! Bring on that warm weather and sun! We're ready to leave Augusta and Martha Burke and Jessie Jackson and the ridiculous protesters far behind!

Teen son is counting the minutes and looking forward to lots of teen buddies on the cruise. If any of you guys are at the Radisson the night before, we'll be by the pool!
