Anyone rent from Orlando Stroller Rentals?

We're renting from them this summer. They've been very easy to work with. Shannon is a doll. From other's reccommendations, there have been NO issues that I've heard of with them. They do offer a slightly bigger stroller, the city classic, for kids over 50#, so that's why they got our business over the other stroller company (I forget their name at the moment.) One thing though, you need to rent the rain cover seperately (an additional $10 to cover the length of your rental), it is not included in the rental price of the stroller itself...

I rented from them last year and would highly recommend them. We were staying offsite and they had no problems coordinating drop off and pick up with me.
