Anyone renewed their monthly pass since this started?

My last payment is in a few days. Our last, valid, date is May 22nd. I usually renew on May 22nd to keep my same payment date. I called to ask if I have to do anything different and was told when I renew, no payment will come out but the website is still showing it will charge the date of renewal. How did it work when you renewed? Any difficulty or did it just say you would be charged but it didn't process because everything's on hold?

Ours expired on April 13th, I called and renewed, the payments will be deferred until the parks reopen, and the pass will be extended by the number of days the park is closed. So, if the park opens on June 1st, my payments would start then, and my expiration date would be April 13th 2021 plus the number of days the park was closed.

My son's pass expired in April and I always pay in full. I will wait until the park opens to renew

So if you’re on the payment plan and renew during the closure and keep the payment plan, they opt you in to extending the expiration date? The default for payment plan people is to cease payments and keep the same date.
