I have been searching, but can't find the answer. I remember reading that Disney shortened the time you can have a stateroom on hold before you make the deposit.

I emailed Dreams for a quote last night, and am hoping they put a stateroom on hold for me today. I have not received an email from them yet, and am afraid that if I don't hear from them for a couple of days, my stateroom would go back into inventory.

Anyone remember how much time?

Robin

I'm thinking it's 6-7 days. I called about the deposit today...and was told...250 for cat. 4-12 and 500 for cat. 1-3 per person.

Hope this helps.

The new deposit criteria is simple and takes 2 steps.

1.) List how much you made last year> ____________

2.) Send it in.

I just got off the phone w/DCL & they said that it is no more than seven (7) days, but in some cases it can be as little as 4 days "if it is selling out quickly". I guess you just have to ask - but in any event no more than 7 days.

My quote from Dreams gives me till 3rd October to put down the deposit.

I think cat 1 - 3 have a shorter time frame to get in the deposit....

I just put my deposit down on a 2006 cruise and they told me it was $200 per person/$400 per room. They gave me 6 days to do it.
