Things I miss at WDW reminded me of John Charles. DH and I first saw him perform at the Captain Cook's Hideaway on our very first trip to WDW. We didn't stay there at the time, we were at the Royal Plaza Hotel. Over the years we saw him there, the Baton Rouge Lounge and much later at Port Orleans. In between we saw him at the Diamond Horseshoe Review. He married one of the employees at the Polynesian Resort. I can't remember if she was a dancer or a hostess. Here is a you tube video. It appears to have been taken at Captain Cook's Hideaway at the Polynesian.

Here is the link to his site on the management company that represents him now. He used to work for Disney, but no longer.

If you click on "promotional video", it reminds me of his shows at the Baton Rouge Lounge on the Empress Lilly. He would really pack them in and sometimes there would be standing room only. The wedding montage is actually pictures of himself, his wife and family. The first time we saw him was back in 1975 or 76 and then we made it a point to see him every year that we went back.
