In 2012 I booked our Sept trip with FREE DINING the FIRST DAY it was opened up to Disney Rewards cardholders. That was March 1st 2012.

I am trying to find out when the same was released for 2013. Anyone remember? I've searched this board and the net, but can only find that it was released to the general public in May'13 sometime. No info on when it was offered to Rewards cardholders that year.

Is there any way to find out if/when they release it other than stalking the boards? I want to be on an email list! :rotfl2: I want to book for October, but I think my husband would be happier with the dining plan. :confused3 Me, I could care less!

On facebook, I've been "liking" (following) several pages that I think may have the announcement. Disney Food Blog and Disney Tourist Blog being two of them. I just now liked mousavers. I'm hoping I will catch the announcement as early as possible!
PS- My husband is the "Foodie" in the family so the DDP is totally FOR HIM. Like you, I could just snack here and there all around the parks. He likes the TS meals, which can get expensive when you are buying 5 adult entrees!

I tried to explain to the hubby how much Disney food costs etc. And I added in the fact that it will be hot and we won't want to eat that much anyway... Didn't get me far but oh well. lol So I'm going to do my best to give him what he wants. ;) As far as facebook goes, I've "liked" every Disney thing I can find. Lots of good info!
