We are staying at WL and going on a Royal Caribbean cruise, so need to go to PC. It's just my husband and I with a couple bags. Not interested in a shared shuttle. It doesn't necessarily need to be the cheapest option. I'm Ok with paying for something reliable and comfortable. Would like to keep it around $150 or less if possible if it's private transportation. The cheapest I've found so far is $170 for Gear Fusion. I usually use uber but I've read some reports that it can be hard to get an uber or lyft to PC from WDW and don't want to take chances if that's the case.

If you’ve read reports then there is a chance. That’s where reports come from.

You need to update your budget since you aren’t willing to share. The final cost isn’t $170. Private shuttles like Gear Fusion you are expected to tip 20%.

I had a family member offer to drive me to the port, but my plan had been a one way car rental each direction. I did us the car rental from PC to Orlando still. It was $81 for a small SUV each way, tax/fees included.

There were 2 of us and I was going to need the car for a few hours after I was back in Orlando.

Getting an Uber from WDW to PC usually isn't an issue. Getting from PC back to WDW or the airport is typically harder. Because of this, some people will get an Uber out there and the cruise line's bus back to the airport.
