Anyone recently Drive from Chicago?

I was just wondering about the road conditions and/or construction -

I'm leaving in one week and would appreciate some updated information.

We are leaving next week, but pulling a trailer to Cumberland Kentucky, so basically the same route. We are either going to go over to Cincinnati and go down, or turn right away in Indiana and take 65 down. Someone posted awhile ago that Cincinnati didn't have to much construction and the ride is more interesting.

I bet there is still construction around Indianapolis-Yuck!

Our biggest headache is the Chicago area, but we plan on leaving Sunday afternoon, so hopefully we can get ahead of the people coming back from up North in Wisconsin and going back to IL.
