Anyone purchase from Vio Software?

I can get Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 from them for about $40.00. That's almost half the price at our local Wal-Mart.

Reviews for them at epinions are good but only 2 reviews were for 2006.

Anybody have any opinions about them?
