Anyone own a 2004 SRX

I encourage you to look at an older edition of Consumer Reports. My April 2012 issue only goes back to 2006 for the SRX and the ratings are not too good. The engine and suspension got particularly bad marks.

I have a 2007 SRX V6 AWD and I do love it. However do keep in mind some things the gas efficiency is non existent I do mostly city driving and get on average 14 mpg's. Also the maintenance on it is very expensive mine at 60,000 miles had to have the tie rods replaced. Thankfully I work at a dealership and got an insane discount but still paid close to $1,000.00 for that and new brakes. If you do purchase one I would highly recommend looking into getting a warranty for it. If the maintenance, insurance, and fuel efficiency are all things that you can handle go for it, I love mine.
