Anyone out there live in Greensboro, NC?

I've got a quick weekend trip for a wedding over 4th of July weekend. We're staying at the Marriott Downtown. I've got someone to pick us up from the Greensboro airport on Friday, but for the trip back to the airport on Sunday, we may need to use a taxi or airport shuttle.

Any idea on how far it is from the Marriott to the airport? How much would a taxi cost? Are there any reputable airport shuttle services that could pick us up at the hotel to bring us back to the airport? Any idea on cost?

I'm in Burlington about 30 min. away, I would "guesstimate" anywhere from 15 to 25, I'm sorry, not much help there - I rarely go downtown. I would call the downtown G'boro Marriott and ask, sometimes hotels will have an airport shuttle.

Try Airport Express 1 (800) 934-8779. I see a lot of their shuttles on the interstate. I would estimate it will take 20-30 minutes to get to the airport from downtown. Sunday traffic won't be a problem. Make sure you tell them which Marriott because there are a few in the area.

I live 10 mins from airport. it will probaly take you 25-30 mins. from downtown greensboro you could probaly take bryon blvd., this will take you straight to airport. disneykid
