Anyone out there done a re-sale with Timeshare store?

How many forms will there be to sign when I close? Also what is the name of the title company that the Timshare store uses?

We have not done one but two in the past 6 months. I believe that there are 4 - 5 pages to sign. You might send Tom an email since he owns TTS. He always posts a 'welcome Home" when someone clears ROFR. TTS used the Timeshare Closing Services Inc for our purchases. TTS does a great job. Kristie was the rep we used.

We sold thru Timeshare Store, and it couldn't have been simpler! I think we signed two or three pieces of paper, and then we got a check. It was so simple! We bought thru Jaki at atimeshare.com, and that was very easy, too. They have their own companies that they work with, it isn't an option, usually. You just give them money, sign some papers, and in about 4-6 weeks you are an owner!

I don't remember the exact amount of paperwork but it was fairly simple and painless. We dealt with Jason who was great.
