Anyone order tickets from ticketmaster.com ?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone order tickets from www.ticketmaster.com ever have problems get through.

I am trying to order Battle of Bands tickets for show in Atlanta. The site keeps tell that I have a credit card error and enter the credit number again with 3 or 4 digtal code from the credit card. Then tells that I select the wrong type card.

I have anyone idea what doing wrong. I trying to print your tickets about emaill option. The field that would let fill out is Country because would let put in USA.

Can someone please tell me what doing wrong. I am using my Mastercard that have no balance on the card at all.

I hate all the time limits that ticketmaster gives try put all the informatin in. I am not a speed typist.

you know the 3 or 4 digit code is located on the back of your card by your signature?

I found the 3 or 4 digit code on the back and it's still not working.

You have to put in the security code, which are the last 3 digits above the signature strip on the back of the card.

Are you putting in the dashes? Some sites want you to use enter the numbers all at one, with no dashes.

I have both a Dell and a Macintosh - sometimes a website will not let me order and I switch to the other computer and it goes through.

Oh that secuity code top of the card. I will try that see if works.

No I have not been putting in dashes. When I type in the numbers.
