Anyone only get through part 1 of video chat?

Hi All-Got through on video chat today and got my daughter registered. Then we were told to just hang on someone would come on to help with advanced selection. I waited several hours with the chat screen open and then had to leave the house and by the time we got back it was after 10. I assume we are out of luck for selecting anything in advance but figured I might as well check with everyone here. Has anyone been able to “call” back and then do their advanced selection? Thank you!
