Anyone on Magic Eastern 9/20/03?

DH(58) and myself(57) will be on the 9/20 Magic. We will be with the Pink Ribbon Cruise Group of about 50 cruisers. The Pink Ribbon Cruise Group's theme is breast cancer awareness. There will be seminars and group sessions sponsored by Deb Wills of RADP and wdwig.

Only advice I can give is read this board. These folks give wonderful info. On our 1st cruise 12/02 we got a $25 shipboard credit due to info from here (I think "REF" is still good as of today, call your travel agent). Also, get your Palo and spa res. or dinner seating changes right away (got that from here, too). We are taking Barb's advice and flying in the night before, and using a town car service (for 4 of us). That way, no a.m. stress getting to the airport, and we save a little over the transportation to and from the port. 'Tho the Disney bus transfers were excellent. I do get motion sickness, and Bonine has not worked for me on other cruises. Don't know if it's the stabilizers or the Trans Derm patch, but I had no problem at all on the 2 Disney cruises. We, too, will be part of the "Pink Ribbon" group. Look forward to seeing all of you there!

PREB - I have actually cancelled the cruise and we are doing Disney World instead. I figured that we would wait a few more years to do the cruise so that we would be able to better explore the islands. Hope that all of you have GREAT time.

I am Sandy, perpetual 39 yr old.

I booked as part of that group too so I will meet you at one of our mini-meets.

I realized as I read some of these other replies that I was not as descriptive as I could have been when I first replied.

Hi Sandy & Coleen. What ribbons should we wear, lime green with pink? I will have lime green ribbons attached to my carryon. Hope to meet both of you at our mini-meets. We are flying in the day before, going to WDW for the pin event, then driving to the port after dark to stay at the Radisson. We have rented from Avis.

Michelle, we'll be at the Radisson as well. We'll be hanging out at the pool on Saturday night, but I see you won't be getting in until late. I'll be watching for those lime green and pink ribbons on the shuttle to the port!

Full payment for our cruise is due July 22, and my countdown clock says 61 days, can't wait.
You won't see me out in the sun too much, I am fair skinned and have rosacea, so I will be moving about and hope to meet all of you at one point. This is our 3rd DCL cruise, but our 1st 7 day.

Just bumping up. We got our excursion papers, and have been looking at them but have not pre-booked any yet. DH (Mr. Grumpy) has not been giving me any input, so I guess I will pick what I want.

We are so excited to be on this cruise. It will be me(29), DH(29), DS(4), and DD(2). We'll be at the Radisson the night before. I'm sure my kids will love to meet some others to play in the pool with.
