Anyone on hold w/DCL? LONG WAIT....

I was on hold just after 8:00 am. Got disconnected around 9:15 Back on hold for over an hour

Same thing happened to me! Got through right at 8 (well 5 am my time!) and was disconnected after 50 minutes and had to start over. Ugh!!!! Now it's been an hour and 25 minutes. . . .

I was on hold for 90 minutes and finally just got through to rebook my OBB to the 5 night double dip (which appears to be a popular choice today)

* on hold now. I've got a dummy cruise booked I want to move so web site doesn't recognise it. Gotta call. So far 15 min in. At least I can sing along with all the music on hold. LOL

I know...apparently a lot of people are putting several cruises on hold to decide. She was like...wow you were quick because we had one date in mind and that was it!

took 117 calls (husband has auto redial at work) to get through the busy signal and then it was a 90+ minute wait before we were able to speak to somebody.

I'm assuming everyone is calling in because they have an OBB? We don't have an OBB this time around (used it for our January 2017 cruise) so I just booked on the website - stunned that didn't crash!

I have been trying to modify my reservation online for over an hour and a half now with no luck. Site seems to be overloaded.
