Anyone notice this??

At the end of the day, when VMK shows its closed, you might get a you lost connection sign. I rarely get that, I just freeze. But anyways, I got one not long ago when VMK closed. It said "You lost connection blah blah blah..." and it let me stay on for 15 seconds more, even though it said I crashed.

Anyone know anything about that?

I can also stay around for awhile, but as you noticed, you can't move or type.

BTW, congratulations on last word (at least on my screen) in the purple and gold room last night! Woot!

Okay, its as if a staff member read this and made changes but, today, when it meant I lost connection, I LOST CONNECTION!! The screen went black and that was it!! I bet staff read these forums for things like this... oh well.

OMG! I have had the same deal. It would say I got disconnected, but I stayed on for as long as I wanted!! (Which was probably like 5 minutes!)
It was so cool!

You should all try it, it was like roaming around VMK! (Without the roaming)

They now stopped that, you cant "roam" in VMK after closing anymore. The screen goes black... and end of day.

Yes, I have been going black too. But one time in the "old days" when I was first trying to figure out Airlock Escape, I played for hours (which you can in the arcade...) and my character was dancing away in the Castle Forecourt with another vmk'er...obviously I could walk or talk, I was just stuck there.

That was the norm for my computer, I would usually "stick around", but not anymore, it's been black the last two times I have been around for close.

It's going to be harder for those of you who get screenies with last word at close, huh??

Yeah it is. I remember that last night b 4 VMK did the black screen dc thing.
I was in MiakodaWDW's purple and gold room, and I got the last word! "bye"

What a happy ending that started this sad, sad time...
