Anyone notice delay's in receiving written confirmation?

Hi,
Is anyone noticing delay's for written confirmation on DVC reservations ?
Specifically, if someone rented points and you wanted their name on the paper work.

I don't rent points, but I am taking several guests that will be in a separate room on our next trip. I gave MS their name when I made the reservation, and it arrived the same day as my confirmation. Now, if I had to modify a reservation (drop days, add days, etc) if the reservation has the same res number, I seldom ever receive another confirmation...so the same is probably true if you change the name on an existing reservaton...you may have to specifically request another confirmation.
