I think a better question would be "Does anyone like the new site?"

I don't use it for much, admittedly -- there are so many WDW-centric websites that are easier to use and have more/better content -- but I find it terribly clunky. And that's when it actually works!

I was having a hard time selecting my resort because every time I went to change it, it took me all the way back to the beginning when before you could use the drop down menu.... so yes it is

I can't even access it, Disney IT has been little help and I hate to ever complain about disney

I can't seem to ever get it to work properly either. I guess for our next trip I will go old school and call! It's like they don't even have a website. Bad since day one.

I've been able to use the bookwdw.reservations.disney.go.com I don't know how I got to it the first time, but I've saved it because it was easier to play around with everyhting!
