Anyone Lost Original SWA Flights While Re-Booking ?

With all this discussion going on (how easy it is to book a Ding and use TTF to pay for it), I still find myself wondering if there is anyone out there who has actually lost there original booking while cancelling and re-booking a Ding (and finding all the Dings gone also) and ending up with nothing ?

I've heard storys' of just that happening but I use 2 different browsers Netscape for the Ding and EI for the cancelling. You could just open 2 windows or tabs but it makes it easier for me this way.

As soon as a ding opens for what I need I book right up to paying .
I switch over to EI as start to open that to cancel as NS is doing it's thing .
Then I cancel and enter the credit as payment and I'm all set.

I have a $250 credit right now so if my Dec flights get a Ding I will use that instead of cancelling first .After I get the Ding then I will go and cancel.

Some people have also used CS to do the cancel while they had the Ding ready for payment then just added the credit number then.
