I'm sure this was posted 600 times & I"m sorrry but,When is the free dining plan going on? Is that even still going on? The scoop please?

Free Dining promotion was released yesterday to Disney Visa Card Holders. It will be open to the general public on Monday 5/3. FD is from 8/15-10/2 - the difference this year is that value resorts get the counter service plan (which can be upgraded for a nominal fee to the regular ddp) while moderates & deluxes get the regular ddp.
