Anyone know which area of the Marriott is best to request?

We're off again on 4th February so I would like to request a house in a recently refurbished area: anyone know which area would be good to go for?
Also anyone know what they've done to the houses? We haven't been for almost 2 years so I wondered what has changed and whether they've done anything to the rest of the resort?

we stayed there over new year, we were in 2601. It was our first time, so nothing to compare it to, it was perfectly nice, if they refurbished 2 years ago, then I wouldn't be surprised if it was among the houses done, but not any more recently than that. It was ideal, certainly nothing to complain about, but not freshly painted etc in the last 12 months I'd say... not sure if that helps

Thanks, it may be that they've all been refurbed by now, I just don't want to be in one that hasn't if I can avoid it!
