Anyone know where you can find the caloric content of Disney menus?

Hi everyone. I was wondering if there was any kind of database or anything that listed the nutritional information about the food served in Disney's parks.

Totally random, I know, but I'm a little obsessed with counting calories and carbs.

I really don't want to know. haha

Sorry I don't know any place where you can find the info, but take comfort in the fact you burn a lot of calories walking all over the world.

DITTO!

alas, even walking MILES everyday, I still came home having gained 6.5 pounds on the last trip!

:worship: ALL HAIL DISNEY FOOD!:worship:

It is Disney! The WDW magic means no calories with any food.

My thoughts exactly :thumbsup2

Seriously, we have done the DDP, eaten twice what we would normally eat, but with all the walking we do we never gain a thing. I think if you just stay away from the obvious bad foods which you would know if you are a counter, you should be okay. Just keep walkin'.

At this time Disney does not offer Nutritional Information for their CS or TS locations. The explanation given is because every chef/location prepares things differently so the information would not necessarily be true.

They are working on getting public ingredient lists for each item that they make, but have no apparent intent to get nutritional information out there at this time.

It really is not unreasonable on Disney's part NOT to supply that information, especially for their TS restaurants.

TS Restaurants, as they said change menus so the info would not be true, they aren't McDonalds

We frequent many a TS restaurant (here and at Disney) and none of them publish or list calories, carbs, etc.

I think restaurants are required to publish that information only if they have "take-out" which is why some chains have theirs online yet Friday's doesn't.

Nutritional information is printed on most of the prepackaged items available at counter service locations. It looks like these items are prepared at a central location (and apparently to standardized formulae). If you are that concerned, perhaps you may want to approximate by bringing along a nutritional counter (book or pda) that has good coverage of restaurant food items and use values for similar items.

Quite simple actually.

There's nothing with less than 1000 calories at Disney.
