Ooh I've definitely seen that at Disney World. When I was there in October, I remember looking at it. It was either in one of the shop on Main Street in MK or the World of Disney Store in DTD. You should definitely call the WDW merchandise number and try to order it (sorry I don't know the number).

I saw that last Tuesday at Downtown Disney at the Writers Workshop type store that carries scrapbooking supplies, etc.

Yes to ebay. I was just on looking for Disney cake toppers and just put in Disney Wedding in the search field and one of the things that came up was this frame. I think I saw more then one with different prices.
