I'm not a big Old Navy shopper - but I know I went in once and they had a promo where everything you could fit in grocery-size paper bag was an additional percentage off.

Maybe that's what this sale is.

yes, you have to have the CC

last time they had it (early/mid summer I think?) they were doing it so that people would sign up for the CC...I already have it and they let me 'stuff a bag'

hint - remove all the hangers and roll everything!

When they had it in the beginning of summer, I got a plastic bag in the mail that was supposed to be filled. I was told I didn't have to stuff the bag and that all I needed was to have the bag. That was good since I had much more stuff than the bag would hold.

Yes, you have to have their credit card to do this.

Two stores that I went to during this 'stuff the bag' time...made me stuff the bag...(why? it slowed the lines down soooo much)

but both stores made me do it...and i got the bag at the store.

Awww. I can't get a cc from them...my credit is horrible. New clothes for Maddy and I would be wonderful....ohhh well... (wistfully thinking of Old Navy clothing)....
