Different schools, counties, etc all have somewhat different times... but Orange Co. (Orlando) is the week before, March 29-April 4. Which you'll see on the Crowd Calendars as being the 9/10 and $$$$$ days.

Throughout most March and early April you'll always find people all over the country at the 'World who are Spring Breakin'.

The previous poster is correct, different schools and counties have different Spring break dates. The biggest county in Florida, Miami-Dade county, has its Spring break from Mar 23-27. The second largest county (Broward) has the same dates. The private schools generally have their Spring break closer to Easter. The colleges: FSU Mar 7-15, UF Feb 28 to Mar 7, UM Mar 5-13, and there are many more. You can count on Spring break crowds building up at WDW from late Feb to late Mar.

As a family that has braved June twice... do you think we could survive the week after Easter, staying onsite and being early risers and night owls?

Trying to decide between an April trip and a June trip.

My kids go to Orange County and their break starts on March 20th and they return to school on March 30th. I just double checked their calendar to make sure.

Hillsborough (Tampa) has Spring Break the week of March 9th.

Okaloosa County in the Panhandle starts Spring Break on Friday, March 20 and we return to school Monday, March 30.

In the UK, schools finish on Thursday 2 April returning 20 April so there is likely to be a large UK contingent (including us) arriving on 3 or 4 April for the next 2 weeks

Someone already mentioned Hillsborough county (Tampa) so I will add that Pasco county (next county North of Hillsborough) is the week of March 14-23rd. At one time I had two kids in Hillsborough county and two in Pasco and it always drove me nuts their spring breaks rarely matched. LOL.

Brevard County is March 23-27.

So the week before the week before Easter.

Florida resident pass holder blackout is typically the week before and after Easter.

We live in Celebration right next to Disney (Osceola county) our schools are out March 20-30.
