I won a package of items from Tokyo Disney (yay!) but I can’t figure out what this one is. And it’s in Japanese. Hoping maybe someone knows?

Never heard of it! Sounds like a cool snack for leftover rice. Must buy some next time to bring home.

Minnie's packet is salmon while Mickey's packet is seaweed.

Usually, you add one packet (either Mickey's or Minnie's) to a bowl of rice and then add hot water. Some packets will say to add green tea or dashi broth instead of hot water so you may want to share the instructions just to confirm.
