Anyone know what the cancellation policy is?

Off the top of your head, what's the cancellation policy for a room only reservation that was booked online at Universal website?

My reservation says 5 days prior to stay. . . I booked directly with the hotel by calling. . . yours may be different.

Did you get an e-mail confirmation?

I booked through AAA and it is 24 hours prior to the first night with no penalty.

Pretty sure it is 5 days if you booked on the Loews website.
