Anyone know what the building is opposite the ROR entrance?

I was looking at aerial photos and this caught my eye. From this point of view it looks like an old building of some sort was just built around.

Here's a Google Maps image taken while Galaxy's Edge was still under construction. I don't know what the building is, but it appears to be new. It doesn't have the awning placed on it at this point.
