I'll guess the gift shop at the Seas with Nemo and Friends plus I assume there's one at the Under the Sea ride at MK too. What's a Disney attraction without the gift shop at the end

Castle Couture is the store that carries them (it's behind the Castle in old Fantasyland). You'd think they'd be in New Fantasyland, but the store there is pretty strictly Belle-centric.

Stopped in Castle Couture in January and they said they've had a hard time keeping the dinglehoppers in stock.

Just so the OP isn't surprised, the Dinglehopper at the Disney Store link has the logo from the little mermaid broadway show, not the logo for the ride at WDW. Just in case that matters
