Anyone know what kind of tree/shrub this is?

I saw this droopy thing and pulled over and took a pic. I love it but don't know what it is.

It looks like the top of a willow tree grafted onto something else, which appears to have stunted the growth of it.

It looks like maybe a Weeping Blue Atlas Cedar.

Today i saw a few more in other yards. If there was someone out I'd stop and ask, but I didn't see anyone.

Could be an evergreen, hard to tell without a close up.

Also weeping cherry trees are popular to plant as specimen plants.

DH says he thinks its a Weeping Yaupon Holly. Just not a healthy one like this one.

Weeping norway spruce, or weeping atlas cedar as previously mentioned. It's a bit hard to tell from the photo.

Where was this? Climate makes a difference in these things.

I think it's a weeping mulberry tree. There are several around here and I finally asked someone what kind it was.

It's a weeping norway. I have three of them.
