Anyone know what is happening next to CSR?

I just came back and noticed quite a bit of construction next to CSR. Looks like a large road going in with cranes further back. Is this just another entrance to AK?

Its the new road Disney is installing from the turnpike I belive. Its just another entrance into the WORLD.

Disney is constructing a connector road to the new toll road 429 that is being constructed on the western edge of Disney property. Toll Road 429 travels from the Turnpik south to meet up with I-4 south of 192.
