I like the concept, and I really do try to eat healthy but I'd have a hard time giving up my pizza, tortillas, whole wheat bread, reduced fat cheese and nuts/peanut butter. Other than that I practically do the program anway. For me, flex just works and I dont' have to stress about what I can't eat.
