Anyone know the Value of a 2BR "Value Season" 2009?

For July/August 2008, value season, booking through Disney, 2 BR at say BCV I believe is $610 per night plus tax...

Anyone know what a 2 BR villa would be same time period, "value" season July, August 2009? If I had to take a guess with inflation, probably at least $630 per night?

2009 rack rates are out.

For a BCV 2 bedroom in Value season (July 19- Oct 1), rack rate is $630/night plus tax.

For regular season, it's $820/night plus tax.

FWIW, I don't think very many of those actually make it to CRO for rental to the general public, so availability is/will be very limited.
