We have two dsi consoles, and now that DD has changed her mind on WII for Xmas as we already have one!

She is looking at xbox or PS3 and prices are :scared1:, so thinning of trading in my dsi to help with cost :thumbsup2

Anyone know e current rate in high street stores :thumbsup2

why do you need a ps3 if you have a wiii ?

why do you need a ps3 if you have a wiii ?

Because they fit totally different purposes?

The likes of Game and Gamestation do trade-ins which can give you a decent deal if you're putting it towards a new console rather than just getting straight cash :)

:goodvibes

Hi thanks for the links, game can offer me 60 so it's going towards her xbox. She said this is her final decision :rotfl2::rotfl2:

The reason she wants a different console is for her room, and I agree with her that's pointless to have two of the same in the house.

Have you tried ebay? You tend to get more money on there

little big planet! ;)

xbox and ps3 are similar, the wii is completely different in terms of available games, processing power, style of play, style of games, and target demographics (wii games tend to be more kiddy and family friendly)

selling the dsi i would do via friends (ie ask around at work, someone may know someone whos after one etc) or take the risk on ebay, what you would get at gamestation isnt worth it.
a friend was offered £6 for little big planet when it sold brand new for £40!
