Anyone know of Tom Tipton's Universal book?

I still have a copy of Tom Tipton's Universal book and it was published back in 1994. I haven't seen or heard of an update. I check his website http://members.aol.com/thtipton/greatday.htm/page1.htm and it hasn't been updated since 1999!

Does anyone know what happened to this author? Along with Kelly Monaghan's book, Tipton's book was a pretty good one. Now it's sorrowfully outdated.
