Anyone know if this does happen?

In May, I was in line for RnR and the people behind me claimed they went on Splash Mountain earlier, and at the picture point, a young lady in front of them did some flashing, and thus, the picture was not available.

Does that really happen at WDW? And if so, is it an immediate expulsion from the park?

I don't know about flashing, but I once was in a log on Splash with a group of young men who decided to make obscene hand gestures, and the photo wasn't available after the ride. I didn't witness anyone confronting them about it but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Yes, it does happen. I do remember hearing about it a few times before. Normally that persons found and asked to leave the park.

There's a website called flash mountain which shows those pictures lol. But I have heard that indecent photos are now deleted.

Yes it happens all the time.

Also if you are on a ride with ride photos and the ride vehicle you are in has their photo deemed in appropriate you can ride again.

I went with friends and we rode Tower of Terror and wanted to get our photo. My friend was on the end of a row where you have the walk way between rows. He is super super flexible and pulled his leg over his head before the photo was taken. They deemed it inappropriate (they thought he had taken his seat belt off I guess) so we got to ride again with a stern warning not to try it again. Also a few other families in our group go to ride again.

I believe if you flash and not just have a misunderstanding like our you don't get to ride again.

DH and I were on splash mountain late at night, going over and over again. We started getting creative with our photos. I ended up sitting behind him, and pretended like I was choking him.. When we got off the ride, we waited for it to pop up, and it did. The family in front of us found it hysterical, so did we, but the cast member took an opaque frame and put it in front of the photo. Needless to say we didn't ride it again.

Same thing happened to DH and DS and I was really mad we couldn't get the picture. They were not offered to ride again even though they knew I was upset with not getting their picture. Wish I would have asked now.

Guess it depends on who the CM is at the photo counter. We did the "Choke" thing with my and my son in the back of a TT car and my daughters in front and the girls didn't know we were doing it. The photo came up at the end and we purchased it with no problem. One of our all time favorites!

I did the same exact thing with my brother on Tower Of Terror. I grabbed him by the throat and he made some crazy face and grabbed his hair with both hands. We got off and the photo was hysterical, but it was only up for about 10 seconds and it disappeared.

I think it depends on how strict the cm wants to be. Obviously I think flashing and shooting the finger aren't good, I don't see arp elm with the poses. Once as a chaperone I had kids pass around a ride photo from a ride while we were at disney and they had actually managed to get the picture printed! The child's parent was actually on the trip and they took the kid home. We were just going to impose the usual spend the day with the chaperones punishment but they were insistent to take the kid home. It surprised us all the picture was printed.

If you are on a ride by yourself or in a car with just your group then by all means act foolish but if you are with strangers try and avoid screwing up the photo for them
There is nothing worse then waiting in line forever only to have the photo rejected because someone else has to be act inappropriate

My favorite ride photos are the ones where someone has done something goofy. Nothing inappropriate of course, but something silly (intentional or not) make for the best photos!!

I have a ride photo from Jurassic Park that makes me LOL everytime I see it. The guy in the back of the boat was making some sort of crazy pose, my sister and I look terrified, and the kid with the family in front somehow was screaming and positioned in such a way that he looked like a raptor (ironically) . I won't post it, but collectively it is hilarious!

This almost happened on my DD first ride on Expedition Everest, people behind us did the choke and CM stated we couldn't have the photo. I asked if there was any way to delete them and he focused in on just us and added a blocked over them and printed photo. Happy I asked because he was very quick to say photo not available.

Also they don't discriminate they will also delete a photo of a male "flashing".

Happened to me on Splash Mountain, one teenage boy threw up a couple obscene hand gestures, I saw him do it while riding and had a feeling we may not get the photo. When we exited, the CM was covering up the photo in the viewing area, neither of the two CMs standing near there approached the boy.

I agree with acting out on an attraction where others are with you. Yes, you are having fun but, think about it, there are others around you. All of you are on vacation and all want to have fun. Someone hamming it up for a photo *they* would love skunks it for the rest in the vehicle. Yes, most of the time (not all the time), the other party can get to ride again but it's a hassle. Making like you are asleep or whatever is fine but standing up and disrupting the entire ride is not.
