Anyone Know if Falls Units at Sheraton Vistana are Musty?

I keep hearing that the Falls units and other older units at Sheraton Vistana are not as nice, out of the 80's etc. My husband has asthma and if the units are musty or damp or have that "old dusty" smell, he may have trouble.

Anyone stayed in the Falls?

In our experience in the Falls section - YES, there was a terrible "chemical" type smell that was overwhelming in the unit. I don't have horrible allergies, but it definatly kicked them up big time. We left the resort after one night there.

I can't give any recent experience, but when we toured them back about 6 yrs ago, yes, they had a slight musty odor. Can't confirm or deny whether they all do. I toured a ground floor unit.
