Hi there. Does anyone kow if it is possible to fix a pin? The back of one of my daughters pins came off. It is one of her favorites and is heartbroken.

If it is a pin that they are currently selling, you can return it to Downtown Disney at the Pin Station and they will give you a new one. I have done this twice, no questions asked. Of course this won't help you if you aren't in the Orlando area.

By the way what was the pin that broke maybe someone here could trade with you or someone may have it and perform a random act of pin kindness.

Swamp Fox thank you so much. I am going to check the website now. the pin that broke is Pin 6507: DL - Princess Portrait Series (Ariel) . It was one of the first pins my daughter traded for. I hope it can be fixed. thanks again

Hopefully you'll be able to replace the pin. If not, you might be able to fix it with JB Weld. The back of one of DD's pins came off and that's how DH fixed it.
