anyone know how to make those KORKER bows?

My DD daughter is just getting enough hair to wear bows.....finally!! I love those adorable "korker" type bows but can't figure out how to make the ribbon spiral. I read directions once.....starch and pencils and put them in the oven. But now I can't find them. Does anyone know how to make them. I thought it would be a nice project for MIL while she is layed up after knee surgery. She is pretty crafty and would probably enjoy making a few for my DD. Thanks.

Found this for you ... loads kind of wierd but works! Korker Bows -- at the bottom, it tells you how to make the ribbons curl!

Thank you. It did load odd. I could not print it but I saved it. Thank you!!! I hope MIL will make some for DD. I saw some adorable boutique flip flops with the bows on them for $20.00 I loved them but NO WAY am I spending that on flip flops for DD that she will get dirty and break. I am going to try to make some......thanks again.
