Anyone know how to find out how many days are left on old Park Hoppers?

I know we have days left on Hoppers we bought years ago. Has anyone found a way to verify by Disney how many days are left? Years ago, I had an email address I could send a scanned copy of the Hoppers to, and they'd let me know. That address isn't valid anymore.

Thanks in advance for your help!

The only way you can do it now is to take the tickets to any ticket window or guest relations office at WDW. We are not permitted to give that information over the phone.

i have old "all in one hopper passes" and old park hopper plus passes.
i know that all are good for park hopping but what about pleasure island and disneyquest...are both good for both?

Which tickets did not use to expire? DH and I went to WDW for our honeymoon in 1996 and did not use a day or two of our ticket. Is this old enough to consider checking?

The old tickets would only be good at PI and DQ if they were good there in the first place. For example, I have an old ticket I won as part of the 15th birthday celebration that is good for Epcot and MK. I'm keeping it as a souvenir, but if I wanted to use it, I could use it at Epcot or MK, but not MGM and AK. The newer tickets have a disclaimer that they aren't good at any park opening after May 1, 1998, so if another park opens in a few years, you wouldn't be able to use it there. So if your original ticket included admission to PI, you can go to PI. If it included DQ (which is less likely) you can go to DQ. When you have them checked at Guest Relations, they can tell you specifically how many days admission are left and which parks you can visit.

In the interest of good guest service, Disney has waived the ban on the 4 major parks for tickets that were issued prior to the Studios and Animal Kingdom opening. When you take it to guest relations to have a new mag stripe ticket issued, it would work at the Studios and Animal Kingdom.

As you said though, tickets with plus option will work at all of the current plus venues EXCEPT DisneyQuest unless the ticket specifically states that it can be used there.

To the poster asking about whether or not her (or his...sorry, I don't remember! LOL!) ticket is old enough - all tickets prior to January 1st of 2005 automatically came with the non-expiration option. So yes, your ticket from 1996 would still be valid. That's the year they switched over to the new ATS ticketing system. Look at the back of your ticket. If it has a magnetic strip, like a credit card - go ahead and use your remaining days! If it doesn't have that magnetic strip, take it to any Guest Relations, and they will issue you a new, ATS compatible ticket.

The old "Park Hopper Plus" tickets did NOT include DQ as one of the plus options, though you could use them for PI admission. This is true of ALL PH+ tickets, not just those issued before DQ opened.
