Yes, The Disneyland (DL) "Disnenyana" pin was used as the CM security pin at the first (1992) Official Disneyana Convention at WDW. Rumor has it that they didn't realize until the last inute that they would need such a pin and had a supply of the DL pins around. There is another pin that looks just like it except it says "Walt Disney World"

There is also one that says Euro Disney.

This one is the Security pin from 1992.
