No, I am not stalking the president, and I don't wear blue dresses.
I just got some mail from the IRS. I will be receiving a check on August 6th, thanks to our president signing the tax relief act. I wanted to call him and ask if he could send it a little sooner, I want to cash it in time for the Aug Event. Pin money, YEAH!!!! Peggie

According to the Washington DC telephone book blue (government) pages, the main switchboard is 202-456-1414. They also list a "Presidential Inquiries Comments Office" at 202-456-1111. I am sorry but JudySue and I are lower-level Federal employees so we do not have access to his direct number.
