Has anyone come across a news report on the cause of death of the four year old boy on Mission Space in early June?

The ME has not yet released one. The only thing that he has said was that there was no trauma.

And as long as there was no trama, then it is up to the family to pursue the cause. They may not what to go through that.

What exactly do they mean by no trauma? Do you know what the other possiblities would be? Does trauma include or not include heart attack?

Does trauma include or not include heart attack?

Generally it would not be included in the definition of trauma. As a rule, trauma is defined as, wounds that result from sudden physical injury or violence.

I think he went into cardiac arrest because of some heart murmur that got bigger thats what i heard..

I know a CM that works on MS and they said he was basically "scared to death". Poor thing, it's such a tradgedy.

That is simply speculation as no official cause of death has been released.

It was discussed quite a bit here: http://www.disneyworldtrivia.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2632

Its all specualtion. My main theories are hemorrhagic brain injury, resulting from a pre-existing vascular disease or a seizure that, becuase of the harness, positioned him in a way that he couldnt maintain his own airway. Statisticaly the majority of pediatric cardiac arrests are secondary to resperitory arrest, I am partial to the theory of a hemorrhagic brain injury.

Has anyone heard for certain if that was first time this boy ride M:S?

I read or heard the boy wanted to be an astronaunt, blah, blah, blah. But I have heard contridications to that too, that he did not want to ride it.
:confused3

Not that it matters to his family if he rode it before or not, or wanted to or not. The outcome is the same.
