Anyone know? Bidding

RCI have cancelled my bid twice now. First time was when my GTY room was assigned so that made sense. Re-bid and now that bid was cancelled today. It now gives me the option to bid again and it’s coming in at a lower starting price

Anyone know what is going on? Assumed if I hadn’t been successful it would just tell me that.
