Anyone know area around Birmingham airport?

Hello, my cousin is over from Ireland on Thursday and staying at Novotel at the airport. We are heading over for a meal with her that evening, anyone know what's close by restaurant wise? TA!

We have friends nearby and I think the best selection would be to head into Solihull centre where there are the usual chains etc.

Verity, the Novotel is directly opposite the terminal, you could walk over and eat at the Frankie & Benny's or Wetherspoons in there
