Anyone know anything about the SMTA International ?

I was searching to see if any thing was going on the week of October14-19 because that is when we are going and from pins that people are getting this week is blocked out. So I thought I would search to see I could find any reason for the blocked out dates and I found this. Anyone know if this effects Disney's resorts or dining promotions ?

The Swan and Dolphin are not Disney resorts technically so I don't think a conference at these hotels would drive blackout dates for PINs. I am definitely not an expert so someone please correct me if I am wrong.
Also isn't that timeframe when the F&W event is going on? That could cause blackout dates.

I should add that if that conference is very big and Disney is expecting to fill up other Boardwalk location hotels then I think you could see Those Deluxe hotels have blackouts (YC, BC etc..)

The site for their conference sign up says last year they had approximately 1000 attendees so probably that number or higher. I don't know if that qualifies as a small, med or large conference for S/D. I attended IBMs Rational conference down there in 2010 and I would estimate there were well over 1000 people there and both hotels were packed.
Yes, F&W is longer than the dates listed above but I have been reading that although parts of Oct are typically lower in terms of crowds that the discounts and PINs may not be as abundant due to the popularity of F&W.
